My controller does nothing — why?

The Gamepad API requires at least one button press after connection before it reports the device. Press any button to wake it up.

Does the tool support vibration?

No. Vibration is a separate API with patchy support. The tester focuses on button and stick input only.

Which controllers work?

Anything the browser recognises as a standard gamepad — Xbox, DualShock 4, DualSense, Switch Pro, and most generic USB pads.
